If you have kids and either are on the Paleo diet or contemplating it, you might wonder what you should feed them. We have been lucky since we just feed our kids exactly what we eat and have had no issues. They now, as a result of this, have pretty adventurous palates, love to try new things, and are super excited about ethnic foods such as spicy Indian curries or sushi/sashimi. But even we do feed our kids “kid-friendly” foods every so often (ok, who am I kidding, I feed myself these too). So I asked some blogger friends to share their best “kid-friendly” Paleo and gluten-free recipes so that I could have a list of these next time my kids I want some comfort food.

This has helped me such a lot! My children eat mostly paleo but get bored quickly by the foods I cook for them – this will help make things more fun for them – love the dessert type recipes, too. Thanks!
I’m so glad it helped Jo! Kid’s food is so fun 🙂 Excited to try your chicken curry too – I think my kids (and us adults) will love it!
