Chocolate-Covered Mandarin Oranges (Paleo, Gluten-Free)

- 1/2 3 oz Chocolate Bar (I like 85% Dark)
- 2 Mandarin Oranges (or Cutie Oranges)
Break the chocolate into pieces and put into the microwave for about 45 seconds, stirring every 15 seconds to prevent burning. (Alternatively you can melt in a pan on the stove over low heat, stirring frequently.)
Peel the oranges.
Once the chocolate is melted, dip the oranges into the chocolate and lay on a piece of parchment paper to harden. Store in the fridge for up to 4 days.
