Chocolate-Covered Mandarin Oranges (Paleo, Gluten-Free)

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 3 oz Chocolate Bar (I like 85% Dark)
  • 2 Mandarin Oranges (or Cutie Oranges)

Instructions
 

  • Break the chocolate into pieces and put into the microwave for about 45 seconds, stirring every 15 seconds to prevent burning. (Alternatively you can melt in a pan on the stove over low heat, stirring frequently.)
  • Peel the oranges.
  • Once the chocolate is melted, dip the oranges into the chocolate and lay on a piece of parchment paper to harden. Store in the fridge for up to 4 days.
