Tuna Salad Bites (Paleo, Whole30, AIP)

- 1 can chunk Tuna (packed in water and drained)
- 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1/2 tsp dried Parsley
- 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
- Olives (Kalamata, Black, or Green)
- 1 small Zucchini or CucumberÂ
Cut the zucchini or cucumber into thin rounds.
In a bowl, mix the tuna, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, parsley, and sea salt with a fork until combined, breaking the tuna up as you mix
Top the zucchini/cucumber with some of the tuna mixture and then an olive or two. Serve!
