Bite-sized, REALLY quick and easy to make, freezer-friendly, and super tasty with flavors of carob and orange, this easy AIP dessert is a delicious way to satisfy that sweet tooth! (Also compliant for Paleo as well)

Notes
Freezing Instructions: For longer storage, freeze up to 3 months. Thaw in the refrigerator or on the counter before enjoying.Alternative Coating:. I coat these with plain carob powder, but if you want to make them a variety of colors you can use shredded unsweetened coconut, ground freeze-dried fruit like raspberries or strawberries, or even dried banana chips that are broken up into very small pieces.
