Easily create 5 dinners within minutes that you can either eat immediately or freezer for later with these AIP & Paleo chicken marinades. They use easily accessible ingredients, nothing fussy, and can be done even when you're beyond exhausted or sick.
Combine all of the ingredients into a freezer bag.
If making for tonight, marinate for 2-12 hours. If freezing, put into the freezer and then thaw in the fridge overnight or putting the bag into a bowl of cold water for a few hours.
TO COOK DO ONE OF THE FOLLOWING:
OVEN:
Bake in a 425 F oven for 20-25 min, or until the internal temp is 165 F.
OR GRILL:
Preheat the grill to med-high. Grill chicken for 6-8 min a side or until internal temp is 165 F.
Notes
To make coconut-free: Omit the coconut aminos or you could also make your own coconut-free coconut aminos using this recipe by Mel Joulwan. I recommend making a batch of this and freezing it in an ice cube tray, giving you approx 2 tbs of "coconut aminos/soy sauce" per ice cube to use whenever you need it!
